We make our furniture to be lived with for years. That's why VARBROS furniture is backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing and structural defects.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing & structural defects
Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity or normal use of your furniture :
• Structural failure under normal household use
• Manufacturing defects in joints or connections
• Defects in components supplied by VARBROS
• Other manufacturing issues that prevent the product from functioning as intended
If a covered issue occurs, we'll assess the problem and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement of a component, or replacement of the product.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, natural changes in solid wood, or damage resulting from improper use or care. This includes:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents or damage caused by impact or misuse
• Damage caused by improper assembly, installation or unauthorized modification
• Damage caused by excessive moisture, heat, sunlight or unsuitable environmental conditions
• Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning or care products
• Natural variations in solid wood, including grain, knots, texture and tone
• Changes in appearance that occur naturally as wood ages

Send us your order number and a description of the issue.
02 — Show us what happened
We'll usually ask for photos or other information that helps us assess the problem.
03 — We'll review it
Our team will determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty.
04 — We'll make it right
Depending on the issue, we'll arrange the appropriate repair, replacement part or other solution.
Warranty Terms
• The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of delivery.
• It applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
• It applies to products used under normal conditions and in accordance with our care and assembly instructions.
• Warranty claims are assessed individually based on the nature and cause of the issue.
• The warranty provides a remedy for covered defects and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
