Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Refunds are issued once the item is safely returned and inspected.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged Shipments
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If the item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours.
- Be sure to photograph the damage and the packaging.
- Claims after this window may not be accepted.
