Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Refunds are issued once the item is safely returned and inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged Shipments

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If the item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours.
  • Be sure to photograph the damage and the packaging.
  • Claims after this window may not be accepted.
