We gladly accept returns and cancellations

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Items should be returned in their original protective packaging whenever possible.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Items returned in a different condition may be subject to a partial refund.
• Custom orders made to specifications outside the standard options available on our website are reviewed separately and may not be eligible for return.
• Cancellation requests must be made within 8 hours of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and find the appropriate solution.
